Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F (163°C).
  2. Grease a springform pan and prepare the crust by mixing graham cracker crumbs, sugar, salt, and melted butter until combined. Press into the bottom of the pan.
  3. Chill the crust in the refrigerator while preparing the filling.

  5. Stir in sour cream and lemon juice until smooth.
  6. Brown butter in a saucepan over medium heat; add to the cheesecake batter while mixing gently.
