  • 1 cup sliced turkey sausage
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Cook the rotini pasta in a large pot according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and cool.
  2. While the pasta cools, chop vegetables and proteins into bite-sized pieces.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked pasta with the red peppers, onions, olives, cucumbers, chicken, cheddar cheese sticks, and turkey sausage.
  4. Drizzle with Italian dressing and toss gently to coat. Adjust dressing to taste.
