Ingredients
- 1 pound chicken breast (cut into bite-sized pieces)
- 1/2 cup sweet chili sauce
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- 1 teaspoon minced ginger
- 1 bell pepper (sliced)
- 1 cup broccoli florets

Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine sweet chili sauce, soy sauce, and cornstarch. Add chicken pieces and marinate for at least 15 minutes.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the marinated chicken for 7-10 minutes until browned and cooked through. Remove from skillet.
- In the same skillet, sauté garlic, ginger, bell pepper, and broccoli for about 5-7 minutes until tender.
- Return the chicken to the skillet and pour any remaining marinade over it. Cook for another 2-3 minutes until heated through.
