  • 3/4 cup honey

  5. Using a jar lifter, ladle hot mixture into prepared jars leaving 1/4 inch headspace. Remove air bubbles with a headspace tool and wipe rims.
  6. Seal jars with lids and process for 10 minutes in boiling water.
  7. Let jars cool undisturbed for 12-24 hours before checking seals.
