- 7.5 oz chive & onion cream cheese spread
- ¼ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp pepper
- ¼ tsp garlic powder
- 8 oz sharp cheddar cheese (freshly grated)
- 1 bell pepper stem (for decoration)
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese, chive & onion spread, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and 1 ¼ cups of shredded cheddar until smooth.
- Place cling wrap on your counter and sprinkle ⅓ cup of shredded cheddar on top.
- Spoon the cheese mixture onto the cheddar, then cover with more shredded cheddar.
- Gather the cling wrap edges and twist tightly to form a ball; secure with rubber bands.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
- Just before serving, remove the rubber bands and unwrap the cling wrap. Insert a bell pepper stem for decoration.
