  • 7.5 oz chive & onion cream cheese spread
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp pepper
  • ¼ tsp garlic powder
  • 8 oz sharp cheddar cheese (freshly grated)
  • 1 bell pepper stem (for decoration)

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese, chive & onion spread, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and 1 ¼ cups of shredded cheddar until smooth.
  2. Place cling wrap on your counter and sprinkle ⅓ cup of shredded cheddar on top.
  3. Spoon the cheese mixture onto the cheddar, then cover with more shredded cheddar.
  4. Gather the cling wrap edges and twist tightly to form a ball; secure with rubber bands.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
  6. Just before serving, remove the rubber bands and unwrap the cling wrap. Insert a bell pepper stem for decoration.
