Ingredients

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 8 ounces egg noodles
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Season both sides of the chicken breasts with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat; cook chicken for 5-6 minutes on each side until golden brown. Remove from skillet.
  3. In the same skillet, add chicken broth; bring to a simmer and stir in egg noodles.
  4. Cover and cook for about 7-8 minutes until noodles are al dente and liquid is mostly absorbed.
  5. Meanwhile, melt butter in a separate pan over medium heat; sauté minced garlic for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  6. Combine garlic butter mixture with noodles once cooked; slice chicken and serve on top of noodles.
