  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup light or dark brown sugar

  • 1 cup milk
  • 56 peaches (cut into wedges)
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup

Instructions

  3. Toss peach wedges with remaining brown sugar and maple syrup in another bowl.
  4. Layer half the peaches over melted butter in the baking dish, pour batter on top without stirring, then add remaining peaches.
  5. Bake for 50–55 minutes until edges are golden and center is set.
  6. For a maple drizzle, combine remaining butter and maple syrup in a pan; boil for about 2 minutes.
  7. Serve warm drizzled with maple butter and topped with ice cream.
