  • 1 jar vegan marshmallow crème
  • 3/4 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line cookie sheets with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, combine Devil's Food cake mix, eggs, and oil until a soft dough forms. Drop rounded tablespoons of dough onto prepared sheets.
  3. Bake for 8-10 minutes until edges are set; cool on wire racks.
  4. Beat room temperature butter in a bowl until creamy, then add powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and salt. Fold in vegan marshmallow crème.
  5. In a microwave-safe bowl, heat cream over chocolate chips for about 45 seconds; stir until smooth.
  6. Frost cooled cookies generously with marshmallow frosting and drizzle with ganache.
  7. Pipe reserved frosting in a squiggle on top.
