  • 50 g butter
  • 100 ml warm milk
  • Salt & nutmeg
  • 1 tsp honey or brown sugar

Instructions

  1. 1. Season chicken with paprika, salt, and pepper. Heat olive oil in a skillet and sear until golden brown; set aside.
  2. 2. In the same skillet, melt butter, sauté garlic, then add chicken broth and cream with herbs. Simmer until thickened and return chicken to cook through.
  3. 3. Boil potatoes until soft, then mash with butter and warm milk. Season with salt and nutmeg.
