Instructions
- In a gallon freezer bag, combine chicken breasts and marinade made from chicken broth, orange marmalade, soy sauce, ginger, and garlic powder. Seal and refrigerate for 2-4 hours.
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. Assemble the skewers by alternating marinated chicken with onion, bell pepper, and pineapple.
