  • 45 tbsp dark chocolate (melted)

Instructions

  1. Peel the bananas and slice them in half lengthwise. You will have eight banana pieces.
  2. Place the halves on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  3. Generously spread peanut butter on each slice and sprinkle with sea salt and chopped peanuts.
  4. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the dark chocolate with coconut oil in 30-second increments until smooth.
  5. Drizzle the melted chocolate over the banana slices.
