  • ¼ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • ½ cup olive oil
  • ½ cup Parmesan cheese, shaved
  • 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 3 anchovy fillets
  • 1 tbsp garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp red apple vinegar
  • ½ tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • Salt, to taste
  • 4 croissants, toasted
  • 3 cups romaine lettuce, chopped
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix marinade ingredients: chicken thighs, egg, flour, cornstarch, soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Marinate for at least 20 minutes.
  2. Toast panko breadcrumbs in melted butter until golden brown.
  3. Blend Caesar dressing ingredients until smooth.
  4. Fry marinated chicken in hot oil until crispy and cooked through; drain on a wire rack.
  5. Toss romaine lettuce with Caesar dressing and toasted panko.
  6. Assemble the sandwich by spreading dressing on toasted croissants, layering with chicken and salad mix.
