- 8 oz penne pasta

- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup Velveeta cheese, cubed

Instructions
- Cook the penne pasta in a large pot of salted boiling water until al dente. Drain and reserve some pasta water.

- Remove the chicken and in the same skillet, lower heat to medium. Add butter and garlic; sauté until fragrant.

- Combine the cooked penne with the sauce; add reserved pasta water if needed. Return chicken or serve separately.
