- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1/4 cup thinly sliced scallions

Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine coleslaw mix, black beans, corn, red bell pepper, cilantro, and jalapeño; toss well.
- In another bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sour cream, lime juice, adobo sauce, taco seasoning mix, kosher salt, and ground cumin until smooth.
- Pour dressing over slaw mixture; toss thoroughly until evenly coated.
- Garnish with sliced scallions; serve immediately or refrigerate for up to 12 hours before serving.
