Instructions

  3. Add chicken pieces and brown them for approximately 5-7 minutes.
  4. Stir in curry powder and other spices until chicken is evenly coated.
  5. Pour in coconut milk and chicken broth; add sugar to balance flavors. Bring to a gentle simmer.
  6. Cover and let it simmer on low heat for 20-25 minutes until chicken is cooked through.
  7. Prepare garlic naan and golden fries according to package instructions or make from scratch.
