- 2 large eggs

- 1 cup packed brown sugar
- 6 Tbsp softened butter
- 2 Tbsp cinnamon
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 2 1/2 cups confectioners sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp salt
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a small bowl, mix brown sugar, softened butter, and cinnamon until smooth.
- In a large bowl, combine all-purpose flour, cake flour, corn starch, baking soda, baking powder, and salt.
- In a stand mixer, cream cubed butter and granulated sugar together until smooth. Add eggs and vanilla extract; blend well.
- Gradually incorporate the dry ingredients until just combined.
- Roll out dough into a rectangle on a floured surface and spread the cinnamon filling evenly over it.
- Roll the dough tightly from one edge and cut into 10-12 equal pieces.
- Bake for 9-11 minutes or until edges are lightly golden brown.
