Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking pan.
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together sugar, vegetable oil, eggs, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  3. In another bowl, combine flour, baking powder, baking soda, cocoa powder, cinnamon, and salt.
  4. Gradually mix the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients.
  5. Fold in milk and grated zucchini until just combined.
  6. Pour batter into the prepared pan and bake for about 60 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  7. While cooling, prepare frosting by mixing melted butter, cocoa powder, powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla until smooth.
