  2. Add chicken strips and cook until browned and no longer pink (about 6-8 minutes). Set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, add chopped vegetables and stir-fry for 5-7 minutes until tender-crisp.
  4. Mix in soy sauce and garlic powder, then return the chicken to the skillet. Stir to combine.
  5. Warm cooked brown rice separately, fluff with a fork, and serve alongside the stir-fry.
