  • ½ cup breadcrumbs
  • ¼ cup milk
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • ½ cup grated cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon mustard
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, milk, egg, onion, garlic, salt, pepper, Worcestershire sauce, and parsley. Mix gently until just combined.
  3. Scoop about one tablespoon of the meat mixture into your palm, flatten slightly, add cheddar cheese in the center, and fold the meat around it to form a ball.
  4. Place the balls on the prepared baking sheet.
  5. In a separate bowl, mix ketchup and mustard together; brush over each meatloaf bite.
  6. Bake for 25–30 minutes until cooked through and glaze is caramelized.
