Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- ½ cup breadcrumbs
- ¼ cup milk
- 1 large egg
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced

- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- ½ cup grated cheddar cheese
- ½ cup ketchup
- 1 tablespoon mustard

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, milk, egg, onion, garlic, salt, pepper, Worcestershire sauce, and parsley. Mix gently until just combined.
- Scoop about one tablespoon of the meat mixture into your palm, flatten slightly, add cheddar cheese in the center, and fold the meat around it to form a ball.
- Place the balls on the prepared baking sheet.
- In a separate bowl, mix ketchup and mustard together; brush over each meatloaf bite.
