  • 13.8 ounce tube refrigerated pizza dough
  • 3 black olives
  • Piece of a red bell pepper
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil (for brushing)
  • 2 teaspoons poppy seeds
  • 1 teaspoon sesame seeds

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Cut black olives for eyes and slice red bell pepper for tongues.
  3. Unroll pizza dough and cut it into 12 strips.
  4. Roll each strip into a 12-inch rope, tapering one end for the tail.
  5. Wrap each rope around a greased chopstick or straw; brush with olive oil and sprinkle seeds on top.
  6. Place olive pieces on the heads as eyes.
  7. Bake on parchment-lined sheets for 11-15 minutes until golden; cool slightly before removing sticks.
  8. Add red pepper tongues using a toothpick.
